I would write a letter voicing my concerns and send it to Apple's PR director in Cupertino. If you look on any Apple press release, there is an e-mail contact at the bottom.

Thanks Bill for this suggestion. As a matter of fact, some of us had a discussion about what we can do to see if this can be handled positively. It was suggested that educators that were shareholders in the valley area show up at next months meeting with a list of concerns. What better way than in person. Consorted e-mail might also be a positive start as some are doing it individually. Mobilizing won't be a problem since many of us keep in contact with mailing lists and e-mail.

As for our sales rep, he is obviously tongue tied. The only answers he is giving is the same line that you can read in the F.A.Q. If there is anything new, corporate hasn't disseminated that information yet to their front line people.
