Andrew, I know of a person who has a Gateway. Something happened, he called the company, they sent a technician out THAT day, wasnt able to service it on the spot, but gave him an instant loaner and returned in 2 days the original model. Pretty darn good service! As you can tell, yes, I am addicted to the Internet as well. Would love to have a laptop to take down to the pool with one of those new Richochet modems!! Wouldnt take the laptop to the beach...too much sand and dust and I would be busy working on my tan, checking out guys, or surfing to care anyways. Lol! What part of te country are you from anyways?
