To All: Adieu from Mr. Pink

Mr. Pink is concerned that although Z-man and John Chew have the wrong guy, they
are getting close to identifying who Mr. Pink really is. There is a certain Dan Loeb, a
savvy hedge fund operator acquainted with affiliates of Mr. Pink. Evidently this Dan
Loeb posted The Ha'aretz article on ACRT's CEO on the Motley Fool thread under
the name the Crim Reaper. This is an article that Mr. Pink uncovered several days
earlier and posted on the ACRT thread. Evidently, Mr. John Chew and the Z-Man,
Michael Zarour, traced the Crim Reaper to Mr. Loeb by his email address and
assumed that since Mr. Pink posted the article on SI, Mr. Loeb and Mr. Pink were
one and the same.

Unfortunately this sort of shoddy research and false assumption got them into trouble in
ACRT (which is trading some 25% below its high of 27 attained in December of last
year and lower after its poor earnings results friday.) Frustrated, they blame Mr. Pink,
rather than their own poor financial and investment skills.

Nevertheless, even a blind squirrel finds a nut (not to say Mr. Pink is a nut, although
some might say so) and Mr. Pink does value His privacy and would prefer not to be
unsheathed. Accordingly, effective immediately, Mr. Pink is going on cyber holiday and
unfortunately will be unable to share His wisdom on this or any other threads until
further notice.

In His memory, He hopes you will continue to converse among yourselves regarding
VALUE oriented special situations. Remember, shy away from hucksters promising
"100% growth for ever" or companies that make only a few hundred thousand dollars
who say they are addressing an $80 billion Market". Beware of accounting gimmickry.
Don't try to get rich by finding stocks that will go up 10 fold in a year. Read financial
statements. Really understand historical changes, trends, and don't invest unless you
understand the business. Build a financial model for every company in which you
invest. This will force you to know where the company is making money...and where it
is not.

Mr. Pink is pleased if any of you made money piggybacking on His ideas. But His real
hope is that He affected the way you think about investing and gained some confidence
in your own ability to identify attractive situations and to avoid total scams.

If any of you have enjoyed MR. Pink's whimsy or made money in Lennar, SHSE,
FPIC, FSFH, SOI, LMM, AHG, BEV/DOSE or any of the many other Pink Picks
that went up...If any of you made any money avoiding or shorting MEDA, TWTI,
SYES, FONX, CLST, MICCF or any of the other scams or overvalued securities
revealed by MR. Pink, then...

Look at ACRT and let Z-man and Chew, the crucifiers of your golden goose know
what you think of them on the ACRT thread. Visit the ACRT sites on iionline, Yahoo,
and Motley Fools and take a stand. But don't rely on Mr. Pink's statements. Do your
own analysis, come to your own conclusion and spread the word-long or short.

Mr. Pink has enjoyed immensely sharing with you on this thread and will miss you all.
Now get to work and make Mr. Pink proud. It is the only way to resurrect this thread.

With best personal regards I am

Cordially,

Mr. Pink

p.s. a parting bit of wisdom: watch developments at AHG carefully a most interesting
situation.
