I like independence.., especially in a woman...seems to be lacking in many cases. I just was mentioning I find it amazing since your a momentum trader (per your posts) you would leave during market hours. Momentum can end quickly, no? :) You own California rental propertie(s) with those sky high mortgages? I'm a year older than you and definately behind. Will try to catch up to you by 27.... but you have that positive cash flow coming in regardless if you sleep in all day.. so it will be hard to do. Oh well as Andrew says if you cant beat them join them.. will have to get you to marry me. LOL Yes, still in FAMH by the way... i thought after a run up the price would dip farther down than .40 , so this is a good sign IMHO. Off to my measly day job.. LOL Have some ice cream instead, Mark
