The company has $33 million in cash ($1.20/share). Does anyone know what kind of net operating losses DIGL has? How likely is a takeover at these prices? Even though the founder still holds a large stake he might be willing to tender at the right price. This is clearly a busted stock, but even busted stocks deserve some consideration ... unless of course the product is lousy. Can anyone make that case? Do we put our emotions aside and invest, or at least take a look? I sold previously at $12, kicked myself at $20+, and now smell an opportunity to capitalize on the collective fear that surrounds this company at $3.00. Then again I am in the process of recovering from a cold and my sniffer may not yet be up to snuff. Any help out there?
