the listing in berlin is neccesity for the article in the newsletter the listing on nasdaq will follow soon after hold on til further brilliant news regarding new contracts with e.g. britsh telecom thanks and best regards boris

Could somebody explain how it is possible that a stock is listed on the Berlin Stock exchange, while the company doesn't send any press releases to the market and almost ignore the whole situation. Could somebody explain. Is it lack of PR, is it strategy because they made a gentlements agreement with those German Brokers to wait with a press release till they give the BUY advice. holding back information would be unfair to the other investors. Please help me a little bit with understanding this way of communication by a company like JYRA but also regarding other companies
