CAUTION...VENTING AGAIN

Stu,
Congrats on your articulate, factual and now widely read post.

A few questions to all:

How can publicly traded companies support shareholders?

Buy back shares...not an option MRVC IMHO would take. They need the capital for operations.

Market the company aggressively...this costs money and IMHO MRVC
has been giving lip service to this issue FOR A LONG TIME.

Road show our only hope?

With Cabletron's announcement of possible losses and MRVC has never
mentioned that word about their earnings, even made a bold statement,
(for MRVC management) that they will meet or exceed 1Q's forecasts or something to that effect, doesn't this make MRVC's chances to over take Cabletron as the No.4
provider in this industry?

Past efforts by MRVC as far as growing the company, state of the art technology, first to market Gig Ethernet and a significant number of
other products in this industry. Sound Acquisitions. Ability to lose two significant customer's and even in the face of the Asian thing beat the numbers again. What does a company have to do to get the street's attention?

A classic example of Market manipulation of the stock's price. IMO.
What can we do about it?

Buy more on the dips..I'm tired of the dips.

IMO Battapaglia is the single best analyst of tech stocks. He doesn't pull punches and he's not afraid to say "I don't know". I watch CNBC if he's on.
