I have the following random musings:

1) While CATP has been in a pretty tight range since the 4th quarter earnings report (44 - 47), the volume has been quite volatile (150K - 1 Million +). To me this is quite odd. I am especially puzzled by the 3 or 4 days following the earnings when massive volume was seen. It does not seem plausible to me that demand and supply are in such delicate balance, so I wonder whether we are seeing alot of broker to broker transactions, or for whatever reason some dominant market maker is supporting the price. Any comments.

2) While I am pretty confident that the upside is quite limited on a valuation basis, I am very surprised that the price has held up. Perhaps the market requires hard data to act on.

3) I have heard that many of the CATP insiders can "hide" their activity in the stock by trading in SFE - does anybody know how we might track this activity ?

Rick.

I agree that CATP is "ahead of it's head lights"... but still a great stock to accumulate during pull backs.
