It is surprising to see that a compant like VVUS will have issues raised AFTER an ad is released. I work for a major firm involved with marketing materials and advertising. To make sure an ad or a marketing campaign follows legal guidelins are BASIC in managing such a project. All these questions regarding their campaign should have been thoroughly explored BEFORE they were released. It only serves to undermine any confidence to the management of the company. It's totally ridiculous!
