Hi Chris,

You using sma or ema's?

I have 50 day ema of intc at 83.25 and 200 day at 82.

If you graph 50 day ema's of intc for a couple of years, look at what happens at inflection points. Does it look like one is forming?

take care.

More Insider Buying In HNV. Basil Regan Buys another 3,063,800 shares of HNV. See latest 13G filing just released. This is the 4th filing in the last 4 months. He and his limited partnership now own:
------------------
21,230,600 shares . . UP 3,063,800 shares from last month's filing which listed " . . aggregate amount beneficially owned by each reporting person as:
------------------
Insiders continue to Buy Shares of this large cap stock ( over 200 million shares ) even though they now own over 82% of all shares.
This is a good sign that the turnaround is going well as we are still seeing buying by major shareholder just weeks prior to earnings.

Chris and Co.- Great thread, question when you have a moment...

I have heard of a rule that says you can't buy a stock for
at least 90 days from the date it sold for a loss.

Is this true?

Thanx.

Jon :)
