I don't have any info specific to your question, but...

Recent drop has been attributed to the news from cabletron. According to analyst from Duetches Morgan(sp?), Bay is back-end loaded, in other words, they expect to get around 50% of their quarter's revenue in March. March will be a very important month for bay. This fact leads to alot of uncertainty in the quarter and is reflected in the volatility. The analyst has spoke to management recently(I don't know how recently) and they said that everything was "in-line" for the quarter so far. Consensus estimates are for around .28.
