SAN JOSE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 3, 1998--VPNet Technologies and ADC Kentrox, the Network Access Company(TM), announced today an agreement whereby ADC Kentrox will offer high-performance Virtual Private Network (VPN) solutions manufactured by VPNet under the SecureVision(TM) DataSMART(R) 900 Secure Access Device brand name.

The agreement covers VPNet's VSU-1000(TM) VPN Service Unit (VSU), VPNremote(TM) Client Software, and VPNmanager(TM) Tool Suite products. ADC Kentrox, a leader in high-speed network access solutions, will offer secure access solutions supporting both site-to-site and remote-access applications.
