In a couple of days you can pour over the audit. Ira would be courting prison if the audit wasn't coming out exactly the way he has said it is. You might have questions, but I think it's safe to assume Ira has the answers... and in a couple of days so will you. Now .40/.43

LE, As i replied to you once, you pose good questions but do so from unwarranted assumptions. All we know (or at least all I know) is there were 20M shares at the beginning of November and are 40M shares out now. Apparently most of the new shares were issued in January and February of this year. As I mentioned in a previous post, this will make it very difficult to hit the $.32 EPS projection for 1998. Anyway, you were assuming the additional shares were issued in 1997 based on no evidence. Be careful out there.
