I fully expect TAVA to utilize strength in its publicly traded stock to acquire additional IIT consulting firms in its bid to consolidate the industry.

Tava's market cap is only $150M. Your scenario might be realistic if they were a $5B company. If industrial systems integration turns out to be a profitable growth industry, what's to keep a company like GE (1,700 times as large as Tava) or IBM (680 times as large as Tava), who are looking for growth opportunities in services, from entering the market? IMHO, Tava will be acquired or driven out of business long before they can acquire their way to any significant market position.
