BTW, do you also have historical norms for the sales to compare with?
With the latter, the data itself is less meaningful.

Insider selling. How significant? Not much. Does anyone remember when Andy Grove sold out a huge percentage of his back a year or so ago? That was around $70...PRE-SPLIT! Listen to this insider selling/buying stuff with a very LARGE grain of salt.
