Mr Stella, as responsable of investor relations for NORA, you must be able to find the answers to these questions :

Diamond recovery for 1998 is projected at 50,000 carats.

1- What are the total mining revenues projections for Otjua ?

2- What are the net profits projections for Otjua ?

3- What are NORA's net profits projections from Otjua ?

4- What are the profits (deficit) projections for NORA for the year ?

The annual report is not clear on these subjects.

I John

Although i was suspecting you were very close to the company, i am a little bit surprised that you were actually the investors relation officer. I thought David Albert was. For how long have you being there? Although it would have been interesting, to say the least, to know that, i strongly encourage you to continue answering questions on this forum.

After reading the annual report, few questions comes to mind:

1) Page 4 states that one of the main objective is to be " A SELF FINANCED DIAMOND EXPLORATION AND MINING COMPAGNY THROUGH THE DEVELOPMENT OF ITS OPERATIONS IN NAMIBIA"
Aren't we actually self financed since we have positive revenue right now?

2) The liquidity situation as of August 31. 97 was $56,430 in cash. Although, by end of 97, it increased to $1,104,975, this is a bit scary. How is the actual cash situation and how it is related to the private placements announced last week? Considering the actual revenue from Otjua, how comes?

3) How is the debt situation? Are we clear of debt beside the $400000 US due to Hartor?

4) What is the expected net earning (or loss) for '98?

5) Is there any new stock to be issued this year?

6) How is work progressing on the new production unit (Assuming that the first one operates at the nominal 50 T/Hres). Totalling 100T/Hres will be a very positive development for the company.

7) Finally, stock price is disappointing. Considering all the positive development, can you explain this situation?

Well, with all these questions to answer, you will earned every bit of your salary!

Regards.

Mr. John Stella
Since march 3, we didn't have any response from you to our questions. What's happening with the report on the deep water
property ? What are the projections of revenues and benefits (or losses) for Nora in 1998 ?
