The .1085 is from the old 1997 Firamada. In 98 we have the Myriad
aquisition that brings us from a roughly $10MM company to projected
$80MM in 1998. Because of that I think the increase in outstanding
shares is a wash.... and then they are buying back 4MM of them
anyway from the roughly 10MM shr float.

I was referring to the Undervalued Dog's estimate of $.32. That doesn't seem attainable and I don't know where it originated. I don't know of any other estimates of upside potential. Anyone who was trying to do their own guesstimating and based it on 20M would have to halve their expectations obviously. There are many more outstanding shares but also much greater revenue in 1998. There are some synergies and economies of scale that should boost Net. Still, it is hard for me to see an EPS > $.20 for this year unless the IT division grows markedly. JMO.
