To all: Does anybody have idea that now Datek charges 7% interest on short if you use the margin. Exactly the same as if you borrow the margin to buy long. I remembered somebody on this thread complained about they do not pay interest on short. Now not only they don't pay interest but they charge you 7% interest if you use the margin. I didn't realize until today. They said they started from last October or so.
