[...In your opinion, what's Hatch's literacy score on high techs?
Did you get the impression that he knows how to turn on a PC?...]

I'd guess Senator Hatch hasn't used PCs much personally, but don't think he's afraid of them either. Senator Leahy mentioned he'd done some homework playing with the web, looking at his office's website and those of the panelists. The discussion focused on contracts rather than technology, but still, it appeared the Senators had prepared. They seemed to understand industry terms the general public doesn't and all were paying close attention to what was said. Nobody came off as a Bozo or blowhard.

Hello Ibexx, I'm interested in your opinion in msft given the intc news. What sort of effect if any do you see on the fundamentals of msft. To my knowledge they have not pre-announced and eps has been growing at a 50% rate. I'm wondering if any fall in msft is a buying opportunity as its fundamentals are decoupled from intc. or are they?

For example, I see industry upgrading msft software (Win, Office etc) more often than hardware and Win NT is becoming the industry networking standard.

I welcome your thoughts.

Thanks and Best Regards,

Gary
