A 790,000 block was bought moved the stock from 10 7/32 to 10 11/32
then another 500,000 block was bought moved the stock from 10 5/16 to 10 13/32.

now (15:24:27 EST ) NOVL unchanged @10 3/8 on 7,899,600 shares

You're right it was me that missed a zero not you.

The problem with large blocks is it's hard to figure out what they are. Someone buying that much stock near the 52 week high would be a remarkable sign of better things to come. Someone unloading that much stock could mean that it was the only thing holding it up and once the orders fill it could go into free fall.
