Hi Lal, Your ex-clonial masters (gg!!) left you a very difficult heritage, alnong with the civil service and club yielding police-men!! gg However, they are not to be blamed! You have had 50 years to change the constitution! There are many countries in Europe that are not easily governable! Italy is one exception! Since 1945, there has been over 50 governments! The collapse becasue there are too many political parties, and no party strong enough to rule! Despite that, Italy is the sixth industrial nation in the world, because people make it so, not the government! Lal, What do you think about these meat heads at MOT!
