Hi Eliz. And right you are with your musings. As a matter of fact I am thinking of buying some Dell tomorrow. Don't listen to this Wiz. gg. With the split coming up I still think there is upside potential even if the TA says otherwise. I picked up some of my CPQ again today and told Sonki I will average down, if necessary, until I bought all my sold CPQ back. Msft does not even want to go down in a market like that and a hearing. Sheesh.

How come you are losing your posts? Don't press the "Back" button. Always press "edit" when you want to correct your spelling. It happened to me a couple of times so I mostly go without the edit. It can be cancelled.

Hi Eliz,

As Frank is always telling you really can't go very wrong with the buy and hold theory. Just pick good stocks and you'll be fine. It can be nerve racking at times but nothing good in life comes without a little work and patience.

I agree about the whiners and competition, yes microsoft has a big percentage of the software business but if their products weren't good that wouldn't be the case. They aren't the only fish in the sea though, lots of other successful companies out there too. Learn to work with them instead of against them and everyone will be better off. We must be following Sonki's Buy,Buy just Buy. I'm building my core portfolio by selling some of my 'trading stocks' to buy the ones I will keep until retirement or longer.

Have a great evening!!

Take Care

Ann
