K, Rumors on top of rumors. And rumor disagreements. All the "rumors" are taking their toll on thread participants and shareholders. Wouldn't it be oh so much easier if Triby or a shareholder rep would simply keep us better informed?? To complex, maybe?? OK, web page then? Nah.....why waste the effort? Fund investors? Nah.....who needs em? Its obvious, shareholders....who needs em?? Ignore em.....maybe they will go away. Follow the logic here?? Well, why waste the effort to have management?? And, why pay em?? Sounds like the bottom line might improve dramatically!!!

Keiko & All - I've calmed down, & realize I've never called TRIBY myself, I've relied on others on this thread. I've called in regards to other investments but never TRIBY. My bad. So, if a couple of ya'll could possibly do me the favor of responding with the phone # (hopefully 800) and name of the best person to present our questions/concerns regarding the additional shares - #, purpose, timing, future plans for additional share placements ( hopefully none), shares likely to come onto the market the next 3 months, etc... I'll volunteer & make the call. I'll calm down & won't make a jerk of myelf/us. Honest. Scott
