Van Kasper Research:Computers and Multimedia

Activision, Adobe...ThrustMaster... vkco.com

We simply are requesting a shareholder acknowledgement to our now many concerns...from Winningstad's proposed [Van Kasper led secondary] 300,000 share divestiture to the website/Formula 1 situation to management's plan to create/reestablish shareholder value to MotorSport GT status which given [unconfirmed] Software Etc. representation of a pending Microsoft SideWinder F-F Steering Wheel we are thinking TMSR should [also] have at the ready a contemporaneous F-F NASCAR Pro Steering Wheel...think about it...to alliances established since Fujitsu...to Sony, Nintendo market entry to bank credit line status which terminated on January 31, 1998 to how TMSR intends to fund its growth given its failed secondary and bank credit line status...to what [alleged] game is Cruttenden Roth's retail side playing (HOLD v. Analyst BUY)...what do they know and when did they know it...to why aren't TMSR insiders buying?...these are all sending [negative] signals to the street...management's silence, again, merely serves to exacerbate a perceived pejorative situation contemporaneous with actual shareholder value destruction. It just kind of looks as if management went catatonic and are acting like deer in headlights since their failed secondary and stock slide.

>>Time to call the lawyers. Can you say "class action suit?"

Hope not...but we are concerned about a SEC 10b-5 class action pursuant to the investors whom purchased as a result of the Wedbush Morgan BUY issued at ~$16/share in early October. Class action is not necessary but a management change is.

-1/2 to 10 3/8.

Annual Meeting Charade.

I've been through one of these charade meeting before and I will not be a part of this one, as I previously thought I would. They have all the votes to do whatever they want and I'd just be pissing in the wind. So, I'm going to cast my vote in this manner:
I've sent a vigorous complaint to the SEC about the management and the board of TMSR and I've contacted the law firm of Barrack, Rodos & Racine about a possible class action lawsuit against TMSR management and the Board of Directors.
