Things do not look good for INTC's chart. Looks like it just completed the head portion of a head and shoulders top. Look for the right shoulder next. 12 day trend is neutral but is clearly ready to reverse. Today's price action below the 12 day moving average is really killing this thing technically. I'm short AMAT so I hope it spills over. SGI pretty much the same deal. Trend is down by 12 day moving average. I would say a sure thing down to $14 and then penetration of the neckline to the downside would kill it for sure.
