I share your view that the stock is due for some appreciation from these levels. However, many have been burned by this stock in the past and I don't it will really take off until the litigation is settled and earnings are really impressive,(which I hope will continue to improve over the next few quarters) I think this is a very pivotal time for the company and industry.
