Jim,

My understaning of analyst's job description was always to recommend
selling when your customers want to buy and upgrade to strong buy
when they want to sell.
On the other hand, I agree with Kurlak's assessment of semiconductor
industry 100%. Short term he couldn't be more right, but stock prices
are based on future expectations and situation will change by fall.
So, as an investor you shouldn't worry. If you are a trader then you
should follow Kurlak's daily recommendations."

Well I agree with your first sentence.
As far as following Kurlaks daily recommendations. First of all, I didn't know he made recommendations daily. Secondly, If I followed them I'd be a day late and a dollar short wouldn't I? Since the good customers already got the information a couple days prior.
Thirdly, based on his recent recommendations, he should be following my recommendations and forgeting about his own...
His slowdown for the semiconductor industry prediction will soon be blown out of the water...no way does the SOX correct to the 200 level by the summer...we will make new Highs much sooner than that.
