Don't disclose outstanding shares due to merger in progress?? How could that possibly affect the merger?? If it was ok to report shares yesterday why not today?? Something else is going on here.. SMELLS BAD. This company is trying to hard not to let any real facts be known....... I would be suprised if they even let us visit the operations in NY after our visit to RI. You make the calls and I will show up at the party...... What do you say Burgess? I want to be long give me a reason...
