Sure, there are a lot of unmerited lawsuits, but a lot of merited ones too. The part of the lawsuit that got most of my attention was the claim that insiders were selling before management released the bad news. I'm just monitoring this stock for the time being, am curious about management integrity and competence, and whether the long term demand for their chips will be undermined or be revived with new applications. This stock could easily move 50% either way in a year. Geoff Wren
