Curious that Belgium is not mentioned re the "super switch." The U.S. has significant business and political relations with that country. A mere oversight perhaps, i.e., not enough room to mention every Euro market?

Also of interest were the statements about (1) "the new 'super switch' in London to provide a platform for the calling card business in Europe" and (2) that "DCI is positioning itself to become a major provider of both long distance services and prepaid calling cards throughout the European community".

I just like the way those statements sound (!).
