It could be a combination of the recent rise in price of CBMI stock (Biogen owns 5% of the company and has rights to OP-1 for a couple of indications), good sales of Avonex, and anticipation of trial data on a number of compounds and indications. Most likely the H&Q upgrade has little to do with it: it was some time ago now and there have been a pair of downgrades since then.
