I just got off the phone with Tony and we can expect a press release later on tonite or first thing tomorrow morning. He said the usual jargon. Everything is heading in the right direction. He said he could not comment on anything about the Software deal until after the press release. They are currently crossing their T's and dotting their I's. He was very upbeat, and anticipated a lot of positive action from the press release. He would not comment on if the deal has been done or not. He just stated that after tomorrow, everyone will be very pleased with the direction of the company and anticipated growth in the near term.
