Yea, INTC looks like its making a head shoulders top. I thought SUNW was going down last week but then it had some erratic up movements. DELL is probably a write covered calls candidate as it consolidates with profit taking. Oil and gas looked good today and the trend does look better. I think you are going to have to start the discussion because I'm not sure where you are going with this. I'm not prepared to really discuss sector rotation and large caps versus small caps. I'd have to put together composite securities and do a T/A on sectors and stuff like that. A big waste of time IMO.
