Hi Don,

i have a question concerning the timing for another split:

if we are to have parity when we move from
Kiwit Ds to Level 3 commons, it seems a split would have to
be payable on the day of the IPO. that would solve the problem
of timing, and/or Kiwit's shares having run up again, prior to the
offering.
i guess i just refuse to believe that this company will come
public, willy nilly, at whatever price KIWIT D shares are selling for, at the time. there has to be parity. somehow.

could you agree ?
or would you explain ?
