I have yet to sell, but this company could possibly be filing for bankrupcy in the next few days. They've broken loan covenants and, well, that's a no-no. I'm hoping for a rebound and am wondering what their joint venture will fetch on the market.
regards,
greg

hi, guys,

I sold half of my small position on PCNI when it hits 5. But I still have
some. I noticed that their managment hold a LARGE number of shares and
one of their SG13D parnter bought all warrents at $1 recently. One possibility
is that they already sold all those shares (bought at $1).
If they do not yet, those guys hold about a half of the all outstanding shares.

Are they going just to lose their money?

Other keypoints: this company has claimed they have strong customer
base. But, I heard from this board, their customes are not very happy.
So, I suspect they really have such customer base at all. I would like to
hear some comments from the people in this business.
