I agree with you that this one is going to turn around, just a
matter of when, assuming it goes back to the old high of 33,
I hate to load it up at 16-1/2 (which will make it a double)
when I can load it up later at 11 (which will make it a triple).

I think the bottom is somewhere between 11 and 16-1/2.
Just don't know where ...
