Reuters had the news out at 13:49

VVUS didn't sell off after that, trading after hours at 10 7/8
Loss in 1st qtr was expected due to advertizing expences.
The wild card here is still sell the stored inventory in the new plant ....as soon as MCA approval is secured.
Management is playing it safe by not saying this is in the bag for the 1st qtr.....if approval is completed before month end....it could be a bonus for VVUS.

Well they can't blame Asia.PFE is actually the excuse. This guy is been covering something. How can you blame competition when does not yet exists?Anyway,what you guys are reading now Vinick heard nine months ago.Whoever spread the leak from VVUS is laughing all the way to the bank with your money.
