I just started to follow this company and am curious about a few things.

* Why does DDDDF has over 11 million in long term debt? They seemed to have accumulated this over the past several quarters.

* I'm also curious what the general opinion is on the quality and integrity of the management of this company and how much "skin" they have in the game. From what I can see, the management team seems to have less than 5% ownership and really do not provide much public info about DDDDF.

I just have this strange feeling that there is something going on behind the scenes which is not "privi" to outsiders.

Mike,

Thanks for the info. I picked up some shares today, I think this stock will do well over the next year. My last experience with an Israeli company, NICEY, turned out well. Let's hope the middle East stays calm for awhile.

Once again thanks and good luck,

Bud
