David .. all that OLD S&P crap you keep throwing in our faces will be acknowledged after the cusip name change . You need to remember one thing ... NETZ is 6 1/2 months old. your S&P stuff is 6 months old as you stated in previous post. No Flame here. just thinking your are stuck in wrong train of thought. Can someone verify SEC regs on BB stocks concerning this reporting requirement? If the company is unwilling to comply with the bare minimum what makes us think that they will report at all?? What period of grace is there for reporting in these cases? If the rule is correct (I believe it is) does the company have to file before they 'cross the line' or within a grace period after? ...I am feeling nayish...
