The news came out in headline form at 1:28. The text came out later. The people that really count already heard the news as it was coming out of lelands mouth. The analysts and money managers who were there had plenty of time to react. There is imo nothing here that is new. The news is in the stock.

Colby, The release I saw said 4:07 Eastern. It is obvious the news leaked a little early as there was massive activity with a corresponding fall in price starting at approx 1:30 eastern. But, it did hold up pretty well after that which helps to verify JFD's comments that those items are already in the price.
