Margaret. There is no commission involved in converting. At least at my brokerage. And if you have gains in the warrants you do not have to pay taxes when you convert whereas you do have to pay taxes and commissions when you sell. Depending on how many warrants you have you may want to sell some and use the money to pay for the additional expense to buy the stock.

A mild stroke could last just long enough for you to forget to convert. gg.
