Here is point number 4:

" 4. to consider and if deemed advisable (yeah right)... to approve the issuance of up to 750,000 escrowed shares to principals of the company at $0.01 per share. "

I just got the proxy forms in the mail for CYJ's upcoming annual meeting on March 26. It's in Vancouver so if anyone is out that way they should go and raise some hell!
