Can you shorten that to 3-6 months, not entirely
impossible, if the next earnings report continue
to suggest this dude is turning around.

Not the CPQ downgrade

NOVL dropped like a rock at the opening hitting the low of the day. I attribute this to one thing---people getting out of the stock while they can --- early before the market makes up its mind. Those numbers can't fool anybody for very long.

Watch the momentum play dry up with the volume. Novell may be the first tech stock to burn the momentum players at their own game. I attribute the big block moves to institutions getting out before it all sinks in (notice Calpers doesn't mention NOVL this year, I wonder if they sold) and the upward price move today to the momentum play being mounted on the stock.
