LS, I received a e-mails from their management that said that they did indeed submit it to Business Wire and they would be looking into it. It looks like the ball was dropped somewhere, but ultimately its their responsibility. They need to get Wall Streets attention, especially the analysts who wrote them off along with Gandalf. They have an incredibly solid turn around story. No debt, little float, positive earnings and spare cash in the bank with a bright future.

Talk about potential.

I wanted to get back to you about the problem we experienced with the
release of our Third Quarter financial results. Our PR agency has re-issued the release to Business Wire and so I expect we will see it today. When the results were released last Thursday the PR firm monitored Bloomberg, Reuters and the Dow services and confirmed it was published but for some reason did not check Business Wire. It is unfortunate that this occurred on the quarterly release on which we returned to solid profitability. We are working with our PR firm to make sure this does not happen again. Simware has made a great deal of progress over the last twelve months and we look forward to continued progress in the quarters ahead. We appreciate our shareholders support and we want them and the financial markets to hear about our good news as quickly as possible. I appreciate your follow-up as well and pointing out the problem to me.

SIMWF gapped up today with higher volume then normal. Either their Earnings are starting to sink in, or something new is about to be announced. This is turning out to be a good long term play.
