I don't really know WHG?! I'm loaded up on this pretty good...I'm hopeful but wary! At least my calls have time on them! I'm looking for at least a 3 point gain in the next 30-45 days...that will make me VERY happy! I don't think a resolution of the VISX lawsuit will be a factor in it...I feel this is undervalued and misunderstood by the street. A VISX lawsuit resolution in my opinion would only enhance the value...as would the probable FDA approval....as would further insider buying....as would the revised management taking the reins and saying giddyup! biz.yahoo.com Lots of upside potential here in my opinion Let's not forget that Al Frank the investment Guru with a 47% 1997 PORTFOLIO AVERAGE gain holds the BEAM! biz.yahoo.com Looks promising! I can't make any reccomendations to you though WHG?! I have picked losers too...but this looks to me to have lost all it could already. I made money on calls on this on a run it had to $9.50 or so from the low 8's last year. Not much seems to have changed for the bad except the VISX lawsuit,the FDA delay and the insider selling months ago which now has turned to buying. I know the technology is great...Just a twilight zone stock...some of those twilight zone shows ended well for someone! Cents
