So the preferred shares are not added to TOTAL authorized shares of 50 millions.> To only look at the 50 mil common authorized is to be looking through rose colored glasses. The 100 million number with the * by it is the one that is the most important. Those preferred will be converted. So for all intents and purposes, there will be darn close to 100 mil outstanding by the end of next quarter. Since were all in the dark I think its only prudent to go with the 100 mil number until NETZ proves it differently.
