David and Kenny, Of course when I interpret info to fit my own optomistic point of view, it is impossible for it not to sound like hype. What you should have picked up on was the fact that I felt Chip's comment was borderline hype !! Am I reading to much into it ? What did that statement mean to you guys ? Anyway, the price is gonna do what it's gonna do. I wish I could control or influence the value of all of my investments, but i have given up trying.
