Betty, often MU gives the signal to the rest of the segment to "change direction" (maybe because it is the first to report earnings), it seems that if MU breaks under about 31.5 to 32, the sell signal for the sector might be at hand. Right now, however, everything is still "retracement" of a bull move and not yet an outright sell. I noticed that the SOX dropped under 300 today, but refused to close under that pivotal number. If it holds above it for few more days, the rally could very well continue for ever, right? Zeev
