Good work jeffery and thanks a lot for taking so much time in explaining to us folks about our companies stent product on a high level which all can follow and we really appreciate that.
I am positive that with the type of researchers they have had it will be an outstanding Stent from a pure manufacture engineering technology perspective. From your post I can see that ABMI had clarity of vision that made them design products with broad market appeal using innovative approaches rather than merely conforming to standards already established. Also their designs also have an open mind set instead of closed loop processes which force customers to conform to strict guidelines with zero flexibility.

HOW ARE CATHETERS DEPLOYED ?

Cardiac catheterization is a diagnostic procedure in which a narrow tube, or catheter, is placed in a patient's heart through a major artery in the arm or leg. Physicians then test the interior blood pressure of the heart chambers and surrounding blood vessels to determine overall heart health.

In angioplasty, a catheter carrying a small balloon is inserted through the patient's skin and into heart arteries that are clogged with plaque. The balloon is then repeatedly inflated and deflated to compress the blockage, restoring blood flow to the heart.

Despite efforts to develop something better, balloon angioplasty still seems the best way to open clogged arteriesBalloon angioplasty was first used more than 20 years ago and is a very popular procedure. But the arteries tend to clog up again.

WHAT IS A STENT AND HOW IS IT DEPLOYED ?

stents are tiny metal cages that are used to hold open blood vessels Carotid Stenting This segment features a minimally invasive, lower-risk, lower-cost alternative for stroke prevention. Known as Carotid Stenting, those new procedure uses a catheter threaded from a small incision in the leg up to the carotid artery in the neck. Also featured are advances in other minimally invasive therapies for vascular disease.

And you bet big boys will take notice of this and if they partner with someone to go through the FDA
approval process this product could be a nightmare for companies like Guidant , JNJ etc and hope they take notice of that soon. Bottomline the stock will turn around soon. Lots of people who are skeptics will change attitudes as they have been following the stock for a long time and did not wait for a good turning point to come. GET
GOING ...THESE LEVELS WONT LAST FOREVER. IF IT GOES EVEN BEYOND A BUCK ITS STILL A BUCK. Next few months will be interesting watch and see what pans out.

GO ABMI

Regards,
Sri.
