While tiptoeing around Safe Harbor restrictions, the handwriting is on the wall... New Acquisitions can be named at any time... The last Red Chip Review analysis says RECY is a BUY with a 12 month target of 12.00... On March 2nd Wm Smith reiterated its Strong Buy with a 12 month target of 15.00... They are working on their web page to have the financials more timely... They may even do a weekly or bi-weekly RECY update for investors...
